Our task is to come up with a safe solution of a problem in projecting phase. Through functional design, long-time experience in fall protection, designing of safety systems and knowing the market. The idea being to offer a suitable solution from the legal point of view as well as bringin the end user safely back to the ground. 
Not an easy task.

We put our experience into practice at each stage. From projecting phase, choosing the appropriate fall protection, through knowing the relevant directives and legislation, up to facility management and people using the safety equipments every day. We believe that through building the consciousness we can change the perspective of work at height industry and that the world in heights can be safe.

Sam is the father of the idea of making things without compromises and focus on the final move towards the goal. He has been working in the fall protection business for more than 21 years. His history of success goes back to working as a country manager at Capital Safety Group, sales director at Safe Time where he later became a managing director of the company. Throughout this period in fall protection business he acquired invaluable experience, a solid knowledge of the international market.

It is Andy´s perseverance and courage that helped his vision of a company focusing on the potential growth in construction industry come to life. His experience and years of studying civil engineering and architecture are a guaranty of success. He gained his professional experience and broadened his field of knowledge in London, where he worked for HCL - Latchways company for over 5 years. On the Slovak market he worked as a project manager and later as a vendor manager for the company Safe Time, where he met Sam and the idea of establishing the company SkyAND arose.
